A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay. A security deposit of 500€ is required and will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay. Sustainable Tourist Tax: The tax will be payable at the time of the remaining balance, At the time of signing this contract, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is calculated at 2.20 EUR per person per night for guests aged 16+. Under 16s are exempt from paying the tax. A 50% discount is applicable during off-peak season 1st November - 30th April.

Lovely traditional Spanish finca with private pool and large gardens in the countryside of Mallorca but only 25 minutes to the coast with its wonderful beaches and 35 minutes to the capital city of Palma.

Refurbished to a high standard with three bedrooms, large master bedroom with private terrace and en suite bathroom and relaxation room. Two further bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with bunk beds, sharing a bathroom on the ground floor.

Lovely light lounge area and internal dining for 6 people,the kitchen is well presented and leads out onto a terrace for dining and lounging, with bbq and access to the gardens.

Good sized swimming pool with parasols and loungers, beach towels provided. The property is full air conditioned with internt access and satellite tv. There is also a safe.
