Villa Llora is an attractive, newly built Mallorcan style house located within a short walking distance from the small and authentic village of Selva. The area is surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains and boasts wonderful views of the lush countryside.

The property is mostly suitable for families, couples or groups of friends and can be rented for events and weddings if required, suitable for up to 200 guests.

The house has a contemporary feel, with carefully decorated personal touches and antique furniture, and is lovely and airy with plenty of natural light throughout the property.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted with a wonderfully spacious and modern entrance hall, with an impressive spiral staircase leading onto an open balcony area. The entrance hall also leads onto a lovely living room area which can be enjoyed when the temperature becomes too warm outside. There is no television in this room but can be found instead in
the bedrooms, which are all equipped with a television offering some English channels. 

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a full ensuite and access to the exterior of the property. A guest toilet and laundry room are also available for use on this floor and there is easy access to the contemporary and clean kitchen which has been fully equipped for all your needs.

 There is access from this room to the garden to rear of the house, where a lovely vegetable plot can be found. A dining room with two square tables are located inside the property and from here access to a large outside terrace area
is available with a lovely dining table overlooking the fantastic views of the surrounding garden area.

The exterior of the property is incredibly picturesque, with a lovely pool area surrounded by sun beds and parasols to relax in the sun and a barbeque area to eat outdoors. There is also plenty of grass covered lawn space, suitable for children to play as well. In the evenings the exterior of the house is exceptionally well lit, which emphas the beauty of the property.

The first floor of the villa has two large double bedrooms,each with their own private terrace area, and both have full en suites with separate showers and walk in wardrobes. There is also a luxurious master bedroom with an office area, en suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and a large terrace area with wonderful views of the pool and surrounding views of the village of Selva.

There is also the option to rent a 1 bed/1 bath guest casita which is located within the grounds.

Potential visitors should be aware that, although the Villa has easy access to the village of Selva and the rest of the island, the closest beach is a 30 minute drive away and is therefore not entirely suitable if you are looking for a beach getaway. Access to the house is also via a narrow lane and therefore care must be taken with larger vehicles.
