A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance 8 weeks prior to the stay . The security deposit payable is 1,000€ , this is returned within 2 weeks of the stay . Please note that no mid week cleaning is included in the price . The pool can be heated for a small charge, please ask at enquiry stage. Sustainable Tourist Tax: The tax will be payable at the time of the remaining balance, At the time of signing this contract, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is calculated at 2.20 EUR per person per night for guests aged 16+. Under 16s are exempt from paying the tax. The villa can be used for events for up to 90 Guests there is an event fee 1200 euros on top of the advertised price .

This is a superb example of what having a private luxury villa holiday in Mallorca is all about. Impressive facade and grounds awaits you at Villa Elina this stunning 6 bedroom property is on the outskirts of exclusive Puerto Pollenca. The villa is just a short stroll from the sea front where there is a small stretch of beach. Families who enjoy peace and tranquility will love it here. The villa is located down a semi private track on land which adjoins a nature reserve.

Oouzing luxury inside and out this villa comes with plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy. On the grand floor is the spacious dining room/living room with concealed TV ( some English channels ) with feature fireplace, large comfortable sofas and doors which lead to the outdoor courtyard area. This room is very light and airy. Exposed wooden beams add character. Also on this level is the large and full equipped kitchen with table ideal for breakfast if you do not want to use the larger dinning table. One twin bedroom and one double bedroom both with en suite are on this level also, both decorated to a high standard. A guest WC is also on this level.

On the first floor is the large master bedroom with en suite shower room and private terrace with wonderful views. An independent 2 bedroom family suite ( one double and one twin ) with shared bathroom and full sized bath.

For film lovers there is a home cinema with seats 8 people in the basement.

The pool house has a double bedroom with en suite shower and a bar with BBQ area.

For keep fit fanatics a wonderful gym can be found in the garage with air conditioning and TV please note this area is reserved for adults only.

The outdoor area is very impressive and has large lawned area for children to play, a pathway leads down to the swimming pool ( 5m x 11m ). To keep younger and older children happy there is table tennis.

This is a luxury villa in a great location to explore the area of Puerto Pollenca which is only a 6 minute drive away. Here an abundance of high quality restaurants, bars and shops are available to you. A wonderful beach surrounded by cafes is ideal for families to spend the day. Various watersports are available here.
