Our parent Company South West Mallorca, has been trading successfully for over 20 years, in recent years there was increased demand for villas in other geographical areas of Mallorca, hence the decision was made to form a Sister Company called 'Rent A Villa in Mallorca'.

We can now offer villas to suit all budgets and tastes, from traditional Finca style to ultra-modern, covering all areas of Mallorca, from the beach resort of Pollenca in the North to the Prestigious Puerto Portals in the South. All of our villas are personally inspected prior to us adding to the portfolio.

Our Sales/IT team are based in the UK and we have a dedicated team based in Mallorca that meet you on arrival at the property and are on call throughout your stay.

We understand that each client's expectations are slightly different and as such we offer clients a bespoke concierge package depending on their individual requirements, we work with a select number of dedicated professionals across the island, so whatever your needs, you can leave the preparation, planning and finality to us and so that you can relax and enjoy your time away!
