Finca Es Jardi is an impressive 6 bedroom property just outside the popular resort of Cala D'or. Set in tropical gardens this family villa is perfect for a private luxury family villa holiday in Mallorca.
The villa is located off a quiet country lane and has panoramic views all around yet you are only 1km away from the resorts amenities. The villa is extremely well presented with high quality fixtures and fittings. Interior stone walls and terracotta tiled floors keep the villa cool in warmer months. Just off the main hallway is the large living room with good size L shape sofa, WIFI access, TV with German and English channels, floor to ceiling windows and doors which lead to the gardens and pool. An archway leads to the impressive dining room with large table and surplus chairs for larger groups.
The modern oak fitted kitchen has everything you need for self catering villa holiday, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine all to hand. There is a small breakfast area and side door leading to the gardens. Also on the ground level are 3 bedrooms, 1 double ( with access to the garden ) and 2 twins all with wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. A separate WC and utility room can also be found here.
Up the marble staircase leads to the further bedrooms, the master has fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom with bath/shower with doorway leading to a lovely sun terrace with garden views and distant hills. Here you will find relaxing chairs to sit and admire the views and enjoy the peace. A further 2 twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms are on this level. All bedrooms/bathrooms have been delicately designed and are neutral in design, all of the bathrooms have a hairdryer and pool towels are provided.
In the grounds of the villa is a private Casita which has a living room with sofas, double bedroom which is en suite and has access to the gardens, this is a perfect option for grandparents, au pair or nanny.
The wonderful garden has mature and established flora and fauna, palm trees and exotic shrubs attract local birds and butterflies. The 13.00m freeform swimming pool is an added bonus with ample sun loungers to sit and enjoy the sunshine, if it gets too hot there is a large covered terrace with numerous seating options and a table for 10 to sit and enjoy a BBQ!!
Please note that the air conditioning is programmed for 6pm - 10am. Should you require 24 hour air conditioning this can be arranged at a cost of €25 per day. Central heating is available for early/late seasons making the farmhouse perfect for year round visits.
Finca Es Jardi is located just outside Cala D'or a very popular upmarket resort with families and couples. Here you will find pretty cove beaches and a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Local attractions are on your doorstep and Golf courses and Tennis courts are available in the area. There are plenty of watersports on offer on Cala Gran which is the main beach in Cala D'or.
