Villa Almendra is a traditional Mallorcan Finca  of 375m2 ,  the villa has a long history, and it has been lovingly renovated by the current owners.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to ten plus a baby, it's located just 1KM from the idyllic village of Caimari and just a short distance from Selva and Inca. 

Nestling  on a plot of 35000m2 in the countryside with private pool of 7 x 5 mtrs, surrounded by loungers and parasols, with an outdoor shower ,in addition to a sitting area nearby with stylish wood furniture providing shade. There's another sitting area with a table in front of the house. There is also spot behind one of the smaller structures to use as a relaxation space. The garage has a ping pong table which is great for families so that even the kids. The grounds are both impressive and established with an abundance of olive, almond, orange and fig trees, the location offers a spectacular view of the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana in the island's north. 

The whole interior of the house is filled with light.  The house is furnished and decorated in a modern style, but at the same time, antique furniture pieces.  The wooden beams on the ceiling give the rooms a rustic ambiance. Comfortable armchairs and two areas with sofas invite you to sit and relax. During the cooler seasons you are welcome to use the fireplace, in its own special room just off of the living room. 

There's another fireplace in the foyer to keep the entrance to the house warm during the winter months.  One of the highlights of this villa is the number of luxuriously appointed bathrooms – each of the five double rooms has its own bathroom, and an additional house bathroom The bedrooms (one of them on the ground floor) are all impressively furnished in an elegantly simple style. The upper floor houses a second living room, and it also has two terraces, both of which offer a spectacular view of the mountains. The bedrooms configuration is  3 double rooms and 2 x twin rooms .

The mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana are a short hike away so walking and cycling are on your doorstep so ideal to explore a region of the island that's particularly unspoiled.   Or you can just as easily head out into the local towns and villages. The lively town of Inca, is the nearest large town , there are also many beaches to explore including Playa De Muro , Alcudia and Es Baracer.
