Events are welcome, there is an additional fee of 3800€ for events of less than 100 people and 5000€ for more than 100 people. Minimum stay July/August is 7 nights, outside of that nights of 3 or more are welcome . A 30% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to the stay , the security deposit is 5000€ , this is taken with the final balance and return within 7 days of the stay , providing that the villa is left in good order.

Welcome to the fabulous Villa Bonaire, a spectacular 9 bedroom villa on a 1.4ha plot.

Situated in Bonaire, a prestigious area of North Mallorca. Villa Bonaire has sublime panoramic views of the Bay of Pollensa. Built in 2005, the impressive facade is of Romanesque character which is followed throughout the villa.

At entrance you have a sweeping drive, helicopter pad and 4 column entrance .

The distribution is spread over 3 floors with 9 suites featuring custom made furniture and built in wardrobes, marble floors and floating hardwood parquet floors in the living areas with adapted under floor heating.

On the ground floor you will find a huge heated swimming pool surrounded by SPA facilities such as a Turkish Bath, Sauna, showers, king jacuzzi and an outstanding gym. Outside is the large swimming pool which blends effortlessly into its surroundings. This truly is luxury living.

At entrance level is the living room with designer fireplace and plush furnishings, library and a fantastic home cinema. Floor to ceiling doors leading to the terrace allow for natural light to flood in. There are indoor and covered outdoor dining areas. The kitchen has state of the art cooking facilities with quality extras such as a wine cooling system and wine cellar on the lower floor which is accessed via the kitchen. No detail has been overlooked here.

The master suite is on the top level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a double ended bath with magnificent sea views, sitting room and dressing room. From here you have direct access to the the huge roof terrace with wood pavilion and artificial ponds. All other bedrooms are decorated to an excellent quality and are airy and light.

The grounds are breath taking with botanical gardens and tennis court with automatic nets, 2 subterranean garages can house up to 30 cars. We can now offer private tennis tuition with an excellent coach at the villa, please ask for more information on request.

The pool is surrounded by well maintained lawns with luxury loungers . The panoramic sea views are magnificent. Rates include daily housekeeping. In peak weeks full breakfast is cooked everyday by a chef.

Villa Bonaire is air conditioned throughout, has an elevator and is maintained to an impeccable standard. The villa is located in Bonaire which is an area just outside Alcudia. Alcudia is a lovely resort with long stretches of sandy beaches. Platja de Muro beach is one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The resort features an "old town" with narrow streets and stunning architecture. There are plenty of bars and restaurants here and is an excellent area for families.

Staff accommodation is in a three bedroom house within the grounds but separate from the main house allowing full privacy.
