A security deposit of €1000 against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property. The Ecotax/Touristic Tax must be applied to all rentals. We will inform you about the exact amount at the time of booking. A 30% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay. Payment accepted by bank transfer or credit card. Sustainable Tourist Tax: The tax will be payable at the time of the remaining balance, At the time of signing this contract, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is calculated at 2.20 EUR per person per night for guests aged 16+. Under 16s are exempt from paying the tax. A 50% discount is applicable during off-peak season 1st November - 30th April.

· Villa Sunset is a beautiful Mediterranean style Villa with magnificent open sea views, situated in La Mola in the 5 star resort of Puerto Andratx and stunning views to Cala Llamp.
· The property is spread over 3218 sq. ft and can sleep up to ten people in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.
The property offers up a cosy and romantic outdoor area with a shady garden, a private terrace, and intimate dining area and a swimming pool with unrestricted sea views.
The Villa is set over two levels and fully air conditioned. The living area consists of a comfortable living room with open sea views and a fireplace which leads through to the dining room and open and modern equipped kitchen. A study is also attached to the living space.
The first floor offers a master bedroom with sea views and master en suite. There are two further bedrooms here, and they share a bathroom,there is a 4th Bedroom and media room and a separate studio apartment with its own quaint outdoor area with stunning views to the sea.
The villa is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Port of Andratx providing easy access to Restaurants and Bars, Boutiques and shopping
