A 30% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay, a 2000€ security deposit is required with the final balance this is returned within 2 weeks of your stay. FOR EVENTS -There is a 2000€ charge and both villas must be rented . Sustainable Tourist Tax: The tax will be payable at the time of the remaining balance, At the time of signing this contract, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is calculated at 2.20 EUR per person per night for guests aged 16+. Under 16s are exempt from paying the tax. A 50% discount is applicable during off-peak season 1st November - 30th April.

The villa is located just 30 minutes from Palma and the
beach destinations on the northern outskirts of the island. If you are looking
for a holiday destination with beaches in close proximity, please be aware that
this villa may not be suitable due to the need to travel.

The ground floor of this villa has a lovely entrance hall
with a billiard table and opens onto a living room, fully equipped open planned
kitchen and large dining area. These rooms provide access to the exterior of
the property, leading out to the pool area. There is also a double bedroom on
this floor, along with a shower room and a laundry room.

The first floor of the property has four spacious double
bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room. The bedrooms can be accessed from
an open living area and from here there is also access to a large terrace which
has breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

The exterior of the property has a wonderful private garden
and pool area, with sun beds to soak up the sun. There are lovely plush seating
areas to relax and a portable barbecue and dining area make it possible to cook
and eat outside.

Villa Venus and it's sister villa share the same estate, so make an ideal venue for large parties, weddings etc, view the sister villa here Villa Serena (CA02) they can be use together if one large party. Villas are located not far for each other, but offer complete privacy if being rented independently. They also can be rented independently subject to availability. Shared with the other villa on the property, there is also a full  tennis court and table tennis for anyone who wishes to play either.   We can now offer private tennis tuition with an excellent coach at the villa, please ask for more information on request.
