Arriving at this Resort Style Finca through impressive double gates you will immediately feel in holiday mode as you pass the large circular gravel driveway and see the central roundabout featuring Palms and Spanish olive tree.
This is a beautiful Spanish finca that nestles in 8000 m2 of established grounds, perfectly located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and is only a 3 minute drive to the beach and marina of Puerto Pollenca, and historic old town of Pollensa, and only a 10 minute drive to Pollenca golf course. Resorts like Cala San Vincente, Alcudia and Playa de Muro, only 15 mins drive away
This unique and special property has retained all the character of a traditional Finca The interior furnishings are classical and comprises the following
A light and spacious Living area with office space and internal dining area with satellite TV, Netflix ,
CD player with an iPod docking station, Bose Bluetooth speaker.
This area leads directly out to a beautiful shaded terrace with large al fresco dining, the living area also has a dining table seating eight. There are two three seater sofas an armchair, 2 chairs and 2 pouffés.
The traditional kitchen is well-equipped with fan oven and hob, there is a separate walk in larder with a fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is a door that leads out to an enclosed breakfast terrace with table and chairs for 4 people
The Finca has five spacious, air-conditioned double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom is light and has direct access to a private sun terrace with Shade.
Bedroom two is a twin bedded room with direct access out into the garden and pool.

Here you can also use as an option for storing luggage and where you will find the pool/beach towels.. Hidden around the corner is also has a sun terrace with canopy and a patio table and chairs.
The private grounds are wonderful with a fantastic swimming pool that has Roman steps (approximately 16m x 8m excluding the semi circular section) and a pool-side shower. There are lots of different areas for sunbathing on sun loungers with sun umbrellas.
Up on the right side of the garden there is a unique covered relaxation which is perfect for a cocktail and escaping the heat.. Another sun bathing terrace with 4 sunbeds Parasols
Steps lead down to the BBQ area and covered dining area which has a circular mill stone table complete with lazy Susan, so great for large groups and both casual or formal dining overlooking the pool which seats up to twelve people.
Directly in front of the Finca is a shaded traditional dining area that runs all the way across the front of the finca,
The beautiful gardens are full of Olive trees and palms, cypresses, birds of Paradise, Fig trees and bougainvillea. Around the side of the Finca where you see the mountain Views there paddock with 2 friendly horses. For Kids there is a games area for Boules, darts, swing ball, badminton and a table tennis.
The property is also an ideal location for Celebrating a special occasion or event. Weddings are accepted for up to 100 Guests
There is safe secure parking for at least 6 cars plenty of bikes if cycling is your passion and surplus parking is available adjacent to guest rooms four and five.
