Welcome to Casa Iris a modern, environmentally friendly 6 bedroom villa in Puerto Pollenca. This high tech all mod con property is in an enviable location, a 10 minute walk to the stunning beach and a 10 - 20 minute walk along the promenade to the amenities of this family friendly resort.

This impressive villa is light and airy throughout and makes the most of the space. The large lounge has comfortable sofas, smart tv and fireplace for the cooler months. Large patio doors lead out to the south facing pool terrace and garden. The open plan kitchen is a chef's delight with everything to hand including hot tab, Miele appliances, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and 2 dishwashers! A large island is also handy for prep work. The large table is an ideal spot for the morning breakfasts with the family! The kitchen also leads out to the outdoor dining are with large table and outdoor kitchen including a BBQ. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and bathroom.

There are a further 4 deluxe en-suite bathrooms on the first level, all with built in wardrobe, 3 have access to the roof terrace and one has it's own private balcony. All bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and have built in wardrobes. The master suite has a free standing roll top bath. All of the bedrooms feature Smart Tv's so you can even keep up to date with your favourite Netflix shows! For extra guests, the property does come with an annexe. The annex has a double bedroom with a private bedroom suitable for children just off it. The annexe has a modern bathroom and access to a west facing deck.

The outdoor space of Casa Iris is incredible, the large, private saltwater pool is surrounded by cabana style beds and luxury sun loungers. Perfect for relaxing in the sun. There is a shaded seating area to cool off! The terrace also has some grassed area and a small child's play area. A handy laundry room is available with washing machine and iron. The large roof top terrace area has shaded seating areas to sit, relax and enjoy the countryside views.

The villa has reverse air conditioning, under floor heating downstairs and in the upstairs bathrooms. The villa is also equipped with DALI home system and SONOS system and high speed internet access.

Casa Iris is located in the popular resort of Puerto Pollenca, with wide sandy beach and an array of shops, cafes and restaurants, this area is ideal for families who want to explore the North of Mallorca. Puerto Pollenca is a short drive from the town of Pollenca where you will find cobbled streets, tapas bars and boutique style shops as well as varied culture.
