The price is based on 12 clients, a low capacity discount can be offered for groups of 8 or less . Pool heating is charged at €250 per week to an approximate temperature of 25°C. Central heating is available for months January-April and November-December. A security deposit of €1200 against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property. Sustainable Tourist Tax: The tax will be payable at the time of the remaining balance, At the time of signing this contract, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is calculated at 2.20 EUR per person per night for guests aged 16+. Under 16s are exempt from paying the tax. A 50% discount is applicable during off-peak season 1st November - 30th April. A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay.

Property Details & Description

Welcome to beautiful finca style property in Pollenca. Villa Steffi is set within serene countryside giving offering a feeling of the true Mallorca. The villa is an excellent choice for your private family holiday villa in Mallorca.

The property has wonderful outdoor areas making the most of the views towards Puig de Maria and Pollenca Town. With 6 bedrooms, this villa offers fantastic space for larger families. As you enter through the entrance hall, a good size living room/dining room greets you, the focal point being the large fireplace in the middle of the sofas and chairs. The decor is very different with high beamed white ceilings making the room airy and light. A large dining table sits at the top of the room in front of double doors leading to the outdoor terrace area. The kitchen is charming with good work top space and a pretty arched doorway leading outside, the kitchen is fully equipped and has a small table in the middle. On this level you will also find 3 of the six bedrooms, 1 twin room with en suite shower and 2 double bedrooms each have en suite showers. The bedrooms are individually decorated but are all of a good size.

Leading to the first floor where you will find the impressive master bedroom with separate shower, 2 WC's and bath within the room, excellent wardrobe space, beamed ceiling add to the height of the room and a television is available. You will find two loft bedrooms with twin beds and shared shower.

The exterior of the villa is something special. A spectacular terrace wraps around almost the whole house and offer various entertaining spaces such as a dinning area with exterior character kitchen, relaxing area and a games area complete with pool table and table tennis. Various seating options are available to you including a smaller picnic style table to take breakfast etc...A good sized lawned leads to the circular shaped fenced pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and breathtaking views. The pool can be heated for a small weekly charge. There is a small day bed with canopy overhead for shade during the mid day sun. The garden is very well maintained and has splashes of colour thanks to the mature trees and tropical plants. Due to the countryside location of the villa there are farm animals on the land next door to the villa ( the children will love this )

The villa is located in the North of Mallorca. Close to the town of Pollenca an area which has a lot to offer and keeps its Mallorcan history and charm, boutique style shops, little coffee shops and tapas bars. Port de Pollenca is just a short drive away and is very popular with families. A long sandy beach offering watersports is the main pull but the resort also has a huge selection of shops bars and restaurants.
