A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance 8 weeks prior to the stay , a security deposit of 1200€ is payable with the final balance and returned within 2 weeks of your stay providing the villa is left in good order and no damage . Sustainable Tourist Tax: The tax will be payable at the time of the remaining balance, At the time of signing this contract, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is calculated at 2.20 EUR per person per night for guests aged 16+. Under 16s are exempt from paying the tax. A 50% discount is applicable during off-peak season 1st November - 30th April.

Property Details & Description

A spacious 6 bed Villa , Villa Monica is located in a quiet area between Pollensa and Alcudia .

Externally the villa is finished in traditional Mallorcan style with stone facade , a large 7 x 3.5 mtr pool , with good sized gardens and terraced areas with wicker sofas to relax and either soak up the sunshine or enjoy the warmth in the shade , there is a gas BBQ and external dining for 14 people .

Internally on the ground floor you have a comfortable lounge area with ample sofas , modern fitted kitchen and dining area and separate utility room , a children's game/entertainment room, there are 3 bedrooms on this level a double and twin both with en-suites and a children's bedroom, also with its own en-suite , this room has bunk beds a single bed and a pullout bed if required .

On the first floor you have the master bedroom , with en-suite bathroom, there is a bath and separate shower and lovely terraced area overlooking the pool and garden, you also have a further double with en suite which shares the master terrace area and another double with separate shower room .
