Finca Paraiso  is set in a tranquil location in the South East of Mallorca, yet just 40 minutes from Palma and just 20 minutes to the stunning Es Trenc Beach. It is close to the larger town of Santanyi with its bijou shops and popular markets. The local village of Cas Concos has some excellent restaurants. 

The property boasts 5 double bedrooms sleeping 10 , all with en suite with air-conditioning and underfloor heating. 

There is a large sitting room with traditional fireplace and dining area, all leading out onto a beautiful covered terrace offering vistas over the garden and magnificent olive tree believed to be several hundred years old. There is a contemporary indoor chefs  kitchen with an outdoor barbecue kitchen with large alfresco dining space, all the rooms are generously proportioned with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture. 

Downstairs there is a Large Bedroom and bathroom with facilities, suitable for disabled guests the bedroom suite offers a wet room shower with ample space for a wheelchair. As well as air conditioning, fan cooling is available .For disabled guests, seating area and direct private terrace access, this room has two single mattresses on a 2 meter base. 

The other bedrooms are located on the first floor , where there is an impressive Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom encompassing a spoon bath and double shower,  a secondary French styled bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 Double bedrooms with en-suite, all bedrooms are air conditioned with king d beds and  have access to terraces with views over the garden and towards the mountains.

Externally the grounds are extensive and established , with a plenty of   loungers all with quality mattresses to relax in by the pool, which is approximately 13.5m x 6m pool with solar heating option, a pool fence is available at an additional cost on request offering security and peace of mind for the younger family members all terraces have comfortable wicker furniture.

Close to all amenities , and a popular area for birdwatching, cycling, walking and taking in the local culture at popular markets of Campos, Felanitx and Santanyi. The monastery at San Salvador is visible from the house and worthy of a trip to see this piece of history and take in the views from the mountaintop.​

Visit Mallorca in the spring to relish in the smell of almond blossom, marvel at the green countryside and see the fields of poppies. The weather is warm and pleasant at this time of year, but if you welcome warmer temperatures then July and August are for you to worship the sun.
